We are clowning in Columbus because we believe in the importance of humor, joy, and goofiness. As clowns we are here to make people in health care settings smile and forget about their worries or their aches and pains, even if it is just for a little while. When we go to nursing homes or hospitals for clowning we can leave our egos and our boring everyday selves at the door.

We wear ridiculous bright colored clothing and are silly. We joke around and chat with the patients. We believe in the health benefits that nursing home residents and employees get from a good laugh or just some fun conversation. Even though we many not have routines or specific jokes everybody has a good time and gets a break from the daily routine. We go clowning to create a fun healing environment for patients, residents, or employees.
